What other fees do I pay on top of rent?
There is a $126.00 Community Package ( Legal Liability Insurance, Internet, R.E.T), and your utilities: Water, sewer, and trash are based on building usage. Electric is based on your usage and paid directly to Rocky Mountain Power. Most residents find that their total monthly expenses, including the Community Package, utilities, and rent, fall between $1025 and $1200, depending on unit choice.
What do I need to qualify?
To qualify, you must make 2.5x the rental amount monthly before taxes and pass our Background, Credit, and Rental Screenings. The following documents are due at application submittal: one month of paystubs and a Photo ID/Visa.
Is there parking?
Street parking is available 24/7 for free in the following areas: the east side of Washington St, all of Fayette Ave, 200 W, and W 900 S (Harvey Milk Blvd).
